Booking the Future
A modern standard gauge railway for Uganda and the region.

About the Project
Delivering Uganda's Standard Gauge Railway
The SGR is developing the Tororo–Kampala (Eastern) and Tororo–Amuru–Pakwach (Northern) routes — a modern railway that lowers the cost of transport, integrates the Northern Corridor, and connects Uganda to the port of Mombasa.
